Enjoy this free, inclusive event, with a stellar line-up on the main stage including Briggs and The Deans of Soul, bring the family for arts and crafts, shop at a makers’ market and enjoy delicious food at NAIDOC in the City following the NAIDOC march.

Presented as part of NAIDOC Week, NAIDOC in the City is a celebration of local First Peoples talent.

On the Main Stage, expect a vibrant mix of performances from First Peoples artists, including award-winning rapper Briggs, R&B/Soul group The Deans of Soul, Mau Power, dancers Culture Evolves, pop-musician Alice Skye and a First Nations Calisthenics Club.

In the Main Square, you can shop for First Peoples designs, clothing and homewares at the Koorie Heritage Trust’s First Peoples market, with 26 First Peoples stalls showcasing a diverse array of products from artists, designers, craftspeople and makers, including clothing, arts, crafts, and gifts.

There will be merchandise give aways from Aboriginal Melbourne.

And for Elders or those looking for a quiet space, the Koorie Heritage Trust will provide a quite space in the Birrarung Building to take some time out from the event.

Other activities include face painting, basketball and free arts and crafts.

There will also be a BBQ supported by Fire Rescue Victoria with all proceeds going to Koorie Academy Basketball.
